Unpacking leadership:

A transformational one-day intensive for mid-career professionals ready to lead with authenticity and sustainable success.

You've built an impressive career. Your resume tells a compelling story. But beneath what you've achieved, you're carrying weight that no one sees—unmet needs showing up as limiting patterns, professional grief you haven't processed, identities you've outgrown but haven't released.

This summer, join us for an intimate one-day intensive where we create space to examine what you're actually carrying versus what you're claiming to bring to the table. Because sustainable leadership isn't about adding more—it's about strategic offboarding.

"Unpacking Leadership: What You Claim vs What You Carry" is more than professional development—it's a necessary pause in your career journey. A place where high-performing professionals come together to explore authentic leadership, resilience, and intentional transformation with honesty, vulnerability, and strategic clarity.

This isn't therapy. This isn't another surface-level leadership workshop. This is the space between—where professionals doing deep work finally address the invisible weight beneath their success.

CPEC Certified - CaPP Institute

Kelly Harkless,

Kelly Harkless is the founder of The Resilience Path™ and ResilienceWorks™, creating transformational spaces where professionals navigate transition with strategic clarity and authentic presence. With over a decade leading organizational strategy in the biopharma industry, Kelly intimately understands what it means to excel at the highest levels while processing profound personal and professional shifts.

Kelly developed The Capacity & Claims Framework™ to address what traditional leadership development misses: the emotional architecture of sustainable success. This proven methodology helps mid-career professionals examine what they're carrying beneath their accomplishments, process professional grief, and practice strategic offboarding for intentional leadership.

Kelly has walked her own path from invisible weight to intentional leadership—navigating her grandmother's end-of-life care while starting a new role, managing grief while climbing the corporate ladder, and learning that sustainable success requires strategic offboarding, not just achievement.

As a Certified Professional and Executive Coach (CPEC) through the CaPP Institute and pursuing ICF certification, Kelly brings both lived experience as a minority professional and professional training to her work. Her approach is influenced by thought leaders like Brené Brown (vulnerability), Valorie Burton (resilience), and Adam Grant (rethinking and adaptability). She specializes in helping mid-career professionals—particularly minorities navigating systems not designed for them—process professional grief, build emotional intelligence, and lead with sustainable authenticity.

"Resilience isn’t about bouncing back—it’s about transforming through."
